Drinking water is the best way to combat dehydrated skin, which can look and feel dull, dry, tight and wrinkly. Water can also reduce the concentration of oil in your skin, therefore minimising potential breakouts.

 

[ 5 Steps to Beautiful Skin ]

1 – Cleanse

Cleansing removes impurities, dead skin cells, excess oil and make-up, and also refreshes the skin.  Choose a good cleanser suited to your skin type and make cleansing a part of your daily routine.
2 – Tone

Toning is a second and often omitted step of cleansing.  It helps ensure you have completely removed oils and dirt from your skin and closes your pores as a finishing touch to cleansing.  You can use either a spray toner or facial toning wipes.
3 – Apply Serum

Serums are packed with concentrated antioxidants and anti-ageing ingredients.  They may help brighten and smooth skin, even fine lines, improve firmness and boost cell turnover to reveal younger-looking skin.

4 – Moisturise

Moisturising is a key element of a good skincare regimen that will leave you glowing and looking in the best of health.  It helps lock in the goodness of your serum while also preventing dryness, flakiness and acne.  Moisturising may also reduce the appearance of wrinkles.  Use a moisturiser with SPF in the morning for protection against the sun’s damaging UV radiation, and a more concentrated moisturiser at night.
5 – Exfoliate

You only need to exfoliate once or twice a week to help prevent wrinkles, age spots, acne and uneven skin tone.  This can be done in the shower after cleansing.  Exfoliating products penetrate a little deeper than your regular cleanser.  They remove dead skin cells and allow new cells to regenerate, resulting in younger and fresher-looking skin.
